Foursquare ITP is assisting MassDOT with compiling and tracking various performance metrics for Discretionary Grants to Regional Transit Authorities (RTA’s) in the state. The projects include new transit services and modes (including microtransit), extended service days and service spans, and the deployment of new technologies to request on-demand trips. The effort includes documenting performance metrics in a master spreadsheet, reviewing quarterly performance reports, and compiling an annual summary report. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of pilots had a delayed implementation or were rescoped all together, requiring flexibility in reporting.
