Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
At Foursquare ITP, we welcome, honor, and amplify the diversity of people’s identities and experiences through developing, implementing, and upholding inclusive policies and programs.
Our employee-led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) task force follows a strategic plan with clear goals. On an annual basis, the task force identifies action items to fulfill the goals and prioritizes them in coordination with company leadership.
The DEI company statement includes our DEI-related aspirations and key actions and strategies we are implementing to help us get there. The DEI company statement will be updated biannually, coinciding with the DEI task force’s strategic plan updates.
