Foursquare ITP is an award-winning woman-owned firm founded by Lora Byala, AICP, our President & CEO, in 2006. What started as a part-time gig for her has since grown to a company with more than 60 staff across several offices that work across the country on a wide variety of transportation planning projects.
We are headquartered in Washington, DC, with additional offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Boston. Foursquare ITP is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in numerous states.
