Foursquare ITP helped OmniRide to define a Best Workplaces for Commuters (BWC) program, created collateral and a BWC website, and identified and assisted local employers in applying for BWC status through OmniRide’s program. OmniRide approached Foursquare ITP to ask for help to develop a BWC program. They wanted the program to include the creation of collateral, the BWC website, and engaging employers directly through outreach over a multi-year period.

Foursquare ITP developed a customized program for OmniRide to enroll and recognize employers as national Best Workplaces for Commuters. The program leveraged best practices, stakeholder feedback, and align with OmniRide’s strategic plan. Foursquare ITP also helped OmniRide implement the plan and recruit employers. OmniRide’s Best Workplaces for Commuters program has now been established with an agency specific website, Omniride-branded collateral and educational material, and community recognition at the local Chamber of Commerce. As a result of Foursquare ITP’s efforts, OmniRide met their goals of signing up two local employers for its first year of its Best Workplaces for Commuters program.
