Julie Harlan

Julie lives in a house of all boys, so she can tune out literally anything. It’s her superpower.

Julie (she/her) began her career in transportation as general manager of Atlanta’s Relay Bike Share, overseeing the completion of a launch and operation of Atlanta’s first bike share program. Then, Julie joined the Midtown Alliance team as program manager of Midtown Transportation. After a year of focusing on transportation demand management, she transitioned to a project manager role, focusing on planning and capital projects. Julie is passionate about diversifying how we can navigate and interact with the world around us. She is an Atlanta native, and when she is not working, you can probably find her biking around the city or hiking one of the city’s many trails.
