Cate is excited to leverage her marketing and communications skills in a meaningful way, promoting sustainable transportation throughout DC.
Cate is a Marketing Specialist and works to promote TDM for school and employer services. Her background is in public relations, communications, and marketing. Prior to joining Foursquare ITP, she worked at a public relations firm, where she handled media relations and social media marketing efforts for clients across industries including technology, healthcare, and higher education. During her undergraduate education, she also completed several digital marketing internships in the DC area.
After moving to Washington, DC, Cate developed an interest in city planning and transportation after seeing the positive impact of living in a walkable city with access to robust transportation options on overall quality of life. She is passionate about building a sustainable and equitable future for the DC region, and as a member of the goDCgo team, she raises awareness about sustainable transportation options for commuters across the DC region through a variety of marketing and communications strategies.
