Kaiqi Zhang, AICP (she/her) is a senior transportation planner with extensive experience in transportation planning, general data analysis, advanced GIS spatial analysis, and comprehensive feasibility studies. Kaiqi also has experience in drafting environmental review documents, traffic engineering, socioeconomic/origin-destination data analysis, and pedestrian performance simulations. She performed multiple regional transportation feasibility studies of Commuter Rail, Light Rail Transit (LRT), Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and e-scooters and pedestrians, including related market analysis, environmental impact, infrastructure conceptual design, maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT), and capital cost estimation.
