London is a city in Canada of over 350,000 people and undergoing major development downtown, as well as the implementation of a high-quality BRT system. Foursquare ITP helped the city determine if bike share is feasible, and if so, how it could be implemented in London. Our team conducted a bike share propensity analysis to visualize where bike share demand is concentrated. We also led the development of a business plan, including working with stakeholders to identify an operating mode, governance structure, and preferred technology for the program.
