Foursquare ITP assisted the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) in maintaining, sharing, and utilizing bus stop project data by deploying an ArcGIS Online (AGOL) solution utilizing ArcGIS Dashboards and ArcGIS Survey123 applications. The purpose of the application is for individual project managers to be able to manage their various projects across departments in a unified stop database hosted in AGOL. Inside of the application, users can filter the data based on a Stop ID code, after which they can view all project data related to the stop as well as its location on a map. Key metrics such as the number of active stops and the number of stops to be rightsized are displayed dynamically as the data changes. Using the Survey123 forms embedded into the application, users can update the attributes related to their bus stop projects. A separate application was also built using ArcGIS Web AppBuilder to allow users to analyze and download the data.
