Foursquare Integrated Transportation Planning, Inc. (Foursquare ITP) is pleased to welcome Amy Maingault, Human Resources (HR) Manager, to the team. Foursquare ITP has grown to nearly 50 employees in the past few years and we’re thrilled to have Amy on board to bring HR resources in-house for the first time.

At Foursquare ITP Amy will be responsible for HR strategy development and management and implementation of processes for recruiting and onboarding; employee relations and development; organizational culture and team cohesiveness and engagement; and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Amy will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all HR-related initiatives are consistent with the strong culture and employee focus that Foursquare ITP has developed over its 16 years in business.

Amy brings more than 25 years of HR experience to the company working for a variety of employers. She has her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University (GMU) and has taught HR courses in the School of Business at GMU. She spent 16 years at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) applying and teaching HR best practices to organizations of all sizes and all industries.
