Sophie believes that sustainable transportation networks are key to building strong communities, neighborhoods, and cities. She is driven by a desire to build transportation systems that make cities safer, more affordable, and more comfortable for all.
Sophie Menner (she/her) is a transportation planner and engineer with a passion for making transportation networks more sustainable, equitable, and comfortable. Prior to joining Foursquare ITP, Sophie contributed to a broad range of planning efforts, including multimodal plans, transit fleet and facilities plans, corridor plans, long-range transportation plans, and travel demand modeling. She is skilled in spatial analysis and visualization and especially enjoys using cutting-edge tools to improve the efficiency and quality of planning data analysis.
