Rachel loves meeting new people and learning about who they are and what their story is. She is honored to have the opportunity to positively impact the workplace culture and help ensure the well-being of employees.
Rachel Antony (she/her) is the People and Culture & Operations Coordinator with Foursquare ITP. She is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Rachel graduated from the University of Maryland in May 2023 with a BS in Psychology and a minor in General Business. In college, Rachel was on a four-year research team that studied the existence of bias in artificial intelligence hiring systems and ways to mitigate this bias using adversarial training to create a neural network. During this time, she learned a lot about ethical and effective management of human capital. Rachel’s group presented their work at three different conferences across the nation and successfully defended their thesis to a panel of subject matter experts and industry professionals. Her most recent work experience was at a biotech company, where she worked with the quality assurance department trainer to optimize the onboarding process and standardize training procedures. During this time, Rachel was able to develop her organizational skills further and acquire new technical skills. She is very excited to learn more about the intricacies of transportation planning and be part of Foursquare ITP’s goal to promote sustainability.
