Hailey Hyun (she/her) is an urban designer passionate about creating people-centered public spaces and mobility systems that promote equity, accessibility, and sustainability. With a multidisciplinary background in urban design, planning, and transportation, she brings experience across public, private, and academic sectors. Hailey holds a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on integrating design, policy, and data to support inclusive urban development. She has worked on projects involving multimodal transportation planning, transit-oriented development, and public realm design across North America. Prior to joining Foursquare ITP, she interned at James Corner Field Operations and FHI Studio in New York City, gaining experience in translating complex urban concepts into accessible visual narratives using tools like GIS, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Hailey approaches her work through the lens of spatial justice and community-centered design, with a strong belief in inclusive engagement and equitable planning to help cities thrive.
