A lifelong Scout, Charlie still believes in leaving every place better than he found it, and that mindset extends to his work improving transportation. Outside of work, you can usually find him on his bike or finding a way to beat the Transit app’s ETA.
Charlie Echard is a task lead and transportation planner who is passionate about seamlessly and safely connecting people to their lives. He has supported service planning, strategic planning, public engagement, project management, and data analysis and visualization for transit agencies, MPOs, state DOTs, and local governments. Charlie especially enjoys turning stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and strategic planning into clear maps, metrics, and strategies that agencies can act on.
