Sandy Davis is a senior transportation planner with solid experience in regional transportation operations, research and policy development with a specific focus on transit service planning and implementation, geographic information systems (GIS), community outreach, and qualitative and quantitative research design. She has played a key leadership role in Foursquare ITP’s planning and implementation support for BaltimoreLink, the complete system redesign for the city’s transit. Her previous work has focused on local and commuter fixed-route bus service, transportation demand management, and local and federal policy compliance. Prior to joining Foursquare ITP, Sandy worked for Central Maryland Regional Transit (CMRT).
Sandy sits on the board of her local community association, Citizens of Pigtown in Baltimore, MD.
