Aasiyah is passionate about advocating for underrepresented communities through marketing initiatives, ensuring they are informed about and have access to transit benefits and resources.

Aasiyah Blow (she/her) is a strategic, creative, and results-driven professional with extensive experience in marketing, internal and external communications, brand development, and strategic planning. As a marketing specialist, she manages goDCgo’s marketing initiatives for employers and school services, bringing a fresh perspective to bridging the gap between communities and transit resources. Aasiyah embodies passion, dedication, leadership, and determination as she works to transform how transit is communicated to the public, with a particular focus on engaging younger generations. Her experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors provides a unique lens for Foursquare ITP. She is an active member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), serving on the DC Executive Leadership Team and the Communications Committee. Aasiyah has also earned a certification from the National Transit Institute and the Federal Transit Administration in Communications for Transit Managers.
