Cinnamon enjoys using financial data to solve problems and tell stories about the company and people she works with.
Cinnamon is an operations specialist and bookkeeper who grew up in Alexandria, VA. She works primarily with the finance team on invoicing, payroll, and maintaining financial records. Before coming to Foursquare ITP, Cinnamon worked as an operations assistant for both small businesses and non-profit organizations. She admires the creativity and genuine collaboration found in small business environments and is dedicated to supporting small businesses even in her personal life.
While studying abroad in England, Cinnamon worked as an intern for an incubator in Bristol where she was exposed to creative start-up and new app ideas. She is especially grateful to have worked with the developer of a local grocery delivery app before the food delivery app boom. Her interest in transportation came after moving to Washington, DC and having better access to bus and metro routes. Living in DC has shown her the positive benefits and additional access to resources public transportation affords a person.
