July always feels like a bright spot in our year, and not just because the days are long. It’s also when we get to shine a light on teammates who’ve grown, stepped up, and made our work better in all kinds of ways.
This mid‑year group has brought fresh ideas, steady teamwork, and a whole lot of good energy to the season. Their promotions reflect the impact they’ve had across projects, partnerships, and team life, and we’re excited to celebrate everything they’ve accomplished so far.
