The MDOT MTA Office of Service Development, in conjunction with the Office of Performance Management, regularly obtains BaltimoreLink performance data. This data is analyzed on a series of metrics to ensure system performance meets organizational goals and standards.

This Dashboard provides an interactive gallery for these performance measures that allows users to understand the data over the lifetime of BaltimoreLink. Performance Measures are broken out by MDOT MTA’s system-wide goals for BaltimoreLink: safety, efficiency, reliability, and customer service. Click on each goal’s page to see related performance measures by system, service type, and route; view trends over-time; and drill down to see trip-level performance where applicable.
