Through Bianca’s athletic, academic, professional, and international experiences, she has developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, adaptability, and building inclusive environments. She’s excited to contribute to Foursquare ITP’s mission and support the organization’s people and culture initiatives.
After completing her bachelor’s degree at Frostburg State University as a DII volleyball student-athlete, Bianca (she/her) continued her collegiate athletic career at Bournemouth University in England while pursuing an MSc in Human Resources Management. During her time abroad, she served as an events and activities coordinator for residential life, developing and facilitating inclusive events that encouraged student community engagement. Having relied heavily on public transportation while overseas, Bianca gained valuable insight into the importance of efficient transportation systems and their direct impact on the communities that depend on them. Since returning home to Maryland, she has volunteered as an administrative aide with a local nonprofit organization that supports families in crisis through trauma-focused services. Bianca is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and supporting employees through thoughtful, organized, and people-centered practices.
