Rachel Lesniak is a transportation planner and primarily focuses on data analysis and its connection to planning. Her projects include transit development plans, statewide planning, public outreach, and Title VI analysis for clients in DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Rachel works closely with DDOT’s DC Circulator team to create internal and public-facing reports and plans and has created performance measurement dashboards in Tableau for multiple clients. Rachel enjoys using data as an educational and decision-making tool at all levels of planning.
Rachel was awarded WTS-DC’s 2016 Masters Student Scholarship for her developing leadership in transportation and academic success in her graduate studies.
