Mercy Iyere (she/her) is a transportation planner who has contributed to transportation, public engagement, and environmental planning projects in the Philadelphia and DC metropolitan areas. As an Urban Planner for CHPlanning, her key projects included managing public engagement for the Philadelphia Slow Zones program and Montgomery County’s Flood Management Plan, conducting NJ Transit’s Triennial Compliance reviews of subrecipients of FTA grants, the update of Chester, developing Pennsylvania’s Comprehensive Plan, and assisting with the Military Installation Resilience Review for Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. As a student at Rutgers University, her key projects included the development of a dashboard of housing data during an internship for the Baltimore City Department of Planning and developing an existing conditions report as a studio project for the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park.
