Josh has successfully planned and implemented several bus network redesigns and many other transit improvement projects designed with insights gained from both quantitative assessments and qualitative efforts. In his efforts to better understand each project, system, location and generator that drives increased utilization, he has sought answers in large scale data assessments, individual stories of those who use transit, and everything in between. Josh finds inspiration at all times of the day and night and can be relied upon to develop interesting and creative solutions to the most difficult bus-related dilemmas and predicaments.
Josh was recently recognized as one of Mass Transit Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2016, specifically for his work leading Foursquare ITP’s major role on the BaltimoreLink bus network redesign project.
