Foursquare ITP worked with the Fredericksburg Area MPO to develop short and long term recommendations for commuter bus service between the region and northern Virginia and Washington, DC. We evaluated existing services and performed a detailed market analysis to help determine what the most successful commuter routes would look like. Our final recommendations included operating and cost estimates as well as TDM measures to support the recommended system.
