Foursquare ITP developed estimates of parking demand during phase I of the mixed-use Port Covington development in the City of Baltimore. The study compares parking generation rate estimates from ITE and the Urban Land Institute’s Shared Parking, along with realized trip and parking generation rates from similar mixed-use projects across the United States to provide an expected range of parking demand for Port Covington. We also included a complementary set of demand management and parking pricing and use policies to encourage the use of non-driving method to access the site in this analysis.
