Foursquare ITP has a growing practice in the area of impacts analysis related to the environmental, economic, and land use impacts of transportation. We have worked on several NEPA documents, specifically focusing on the social, neighborhood, and demographic impacts of transportation projects. We also make extensive use of comprehensive plans, land use information and projections, and zoning information to develop appropriate transportation solutions. In addition to the projects that Foursquare ITP has conducted, we have in-house expertise in the area of economic development, specifically in developing economic development strategies and detailed analysis of demographics, employment and industry trends at the neighborhood, regional and national levels.
